What is a Great NZ Christmas Cake account?
A Great NZ Christmas Cake account is a feature that lets you personalise your Great NZ Christmas Cake experience. You can save an order until you’re ready to place it, use our express checkout on our secure website, or check the status of your order online.

What are the benefits of an account?
Account holders have the opportunity to get the latest updates on The Great NZ Christmas Cakes news and additions, as well as special promotional offers, delivered right to their inbox. Account holders can also place orders online, save orders to purchase later, and receive updates on pending orders.

How do I create my account?
Please email The Great NZ Christmas Cakes Co. at jill@christmascakes.co.nz  to request an account setup.

I forgot my account password. How do I get it?
If you forget your password, we can send it to you in an email. At the top of any Great NZ Christmas Cakes page, select the “Login” link to get to the sign-in page, then select the link under the password entry box. Your sign-in information will be sent to the email address you chose for your Great NZ Christmas Cakes ID.

How do I change my Great NZ Christmas Cakes ID or password?
Sign in to your account and select the “Change Password” link. Enter your desired changes, then click the “Go” button. Changes take effect immediately.

How do I change my billing or shipping address?
Sign in to your account and select the “Account Maintenance ” link. Type in the new information and save your changes by clicking the “Go” button. Changes take effect immediately but affect future orders only.
