Brandy Sauce
A great accompaniment to Christmas Pudding!
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons cornflour
¼ cup sugar
1 cup milk
2 teaspoons instant coffee
50 ml brandy
½ cup whipped cream
Put first 5 ingredients in a saucepan and whisk until mixture boils and thickens.
Remove from heat and stir in brandy and cream.
