ORDERS NOW OPEN FOR CHRISTMAS 2025
Within New Zealand
We’re experts at delivering gifts across New Zealand, whether it’s to your home, workplace, or directly to each of your lucky recipients.
You can choose from a variety of delivery dates at checkout:
All gifts are delivered by NZ Post Courier and are sent Signature Not Required.
While providing a phone number for your delivery is preferable, please note that your courier driver will not contact you. Any delivery issues are referred back to us — but during the busy Christmas period, CourierPost response times may be slower due to high parcel volumes.
Please double-check your delivery address and select the correct region at checkout.
Important: Auckland delivery only applies to addresses within Auckland. This is not a special delivery price for other regions. Delivery charges reflect the true cost of getting your gift to its destination, so selecting a cheaper region when it doesn’t apply can cause delays or delivery issues.
International Delivery
We deliver gifts overseas to around 25 countries each year.
Please note: Unfortunately, we are unable to send gifts to the USA this year due to recent import tariffs.
However, we understand that NZ Post now offers an option to pay duties and taxes upfront (called Delivered Duty Paid). If you would still like to send a gift to the USA, we can ship it to your New Zealand address early, so that you can then arrange international forwarding and cover the associated costs directly.
International delivery costs are automatically calculated at checkout. While shipping can be expensive, we work hard to negotiate rates and help minimise costs.
All gifts are sent via NZ Post before the guaranteed delivery cut-off date for your chosen country. Tracking is included where available.
Delivery times: NZ Post guarantees delivery by Christmas if sent before the cut-off date. Once your gift leaves New Zealand, delivery timing is controlled by NZ Post and the local carrier. Please note that some deliveries may arrive very close to Christmas.
Once your gift reaches the destination country, it is handed over to the local carrier. If delivery is unsuccessful, the local carrier usually makes further attempts. If these fail, the item may be held at a local depot, with a card left for the recipient to collect it. After this period, the gift may be returned to New Zealand (at our cost) or destroyed.
