  • Christmas cake

    Cake Ingredients: Fruit (raisins, sultanas, mixed peel (orange peel, lemon peel, glucose-fructose syrup, citric acid), currants), fresh NZ butter, wheat flour, brown sugar, fresh NZ eggs, golden syrup, NZ port, spices, baking soda.
    Glaze ingredients: French Red glace cherries (cherries, glucose-fructose syrup, fruit and vegetable concentrate, citric acid, sulphur dioxide); French Green glace cherries (cherries, glucose-fructose syrup, E150a, E133, citric acid, sulphur dioxide), Australian natural almonds, apricot glaze.

  • Shortbread

    Wheat flour, fresh NZ butter, sugar, cornflour.

  • Toffees

    Sugar, corn syrup, whole milk, palm oil, whey powder, cocoa mass, salt, coconut flakes, emulsifier (soy lecithin), caramel colour, nature identical rum, vanilla and coconut flavours, glycerin.
